Early check-in and very affordable room with balcony and a big bed. Amiable and outstandingly accommodating staff members, in assisting us on our travel plans. Location just off Mestre after a tiring day, water bus or taxi to attractions and bus stop to Venice and a park for running.
Beds were a bit hard.

Very helpful and kind reception with touristic travel options. Hotel is comfortable, on a main road but not nosiy from traffic, with a good breakfast
There were no English TV cannels like CNN, etc.

Absolutely enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Accessible transport links to the city were a big plus, especially the quick tram connection just a five-minute walk away. Breakfast had fresh choices, but options were limited. The staff engaged and shared helpful local tips, made navigating the area easier. The noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times. Might consider a stay again, especially for the good value for money.

Good hotel, very clean, air-conditioned. The staff is very polite. The breakfast is not very rich, but enough. The hotel is very good situated. It is very close to the bus stops (only 5 min). To Venice - bus N12, to airport Marko Polo - N15, to Train station - N9. By foot to centre of Mestre 10-15 minutes, to train station about 30min. We are very satisfied and really recommend staying there

People are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and the breakfast is excelent. The location is also fine, 10 minutes by bus to the island.

Clean, basic, comfortable accommodations. Close proximity to public transport for easy access to the city.
Room decor looks outdated. Shower water pressure is weak, and internet connectivity is unreliable across the hotel. Breakfast offerings are basic, lacking variety with limited fresh options, and no tea or coffee facilities in the room adds to the inconvenience.

The receptionist explained everything very well and was helpful in planning the visit of Venice. If you travel by car, this is a good place to stay, since you can park the car at the hotel and go to Piazza Roma, the entry point into Venice, easily by bus.
For Italian standards, the coffee was disappointing since it came from an automatic machine with all its artificial flavors instead of from a proper espresso machine.

The staff is really helpful. I send several e-mails before coming to Venice to have details about the situation of the hotel and Maurizio always answered me clearly & quickly. The hotel is not in the center but in Mestre which is the city just before the bridge you have to cross to go to Venice. It is easy to go to Venice. A bus station is close to the hotel (about 5 mn by foot) and it takes about 10 mn by bus to reach the "Piazzale Roma" in Venice. Don't buy your bus ticket in the bus but in a tabacco shop, it costs less. It is also easy to reach the hotel when you arrive from the Trevise Airport (Ryanair or Wizzair). The bus from the airport makes a stop before "Piazzale Rome" in Venice named "Piazza 27 de ottobre" close to the hotel.

The location's super close to the tram 🚋, making it easy to zip into Venice! Rooms were clean and comfy. Only downside? Thin walls can let noise in sometimes.

The reception guy was very nice and very helpful. The location is very good for those who want to visit Venice. It is also a 5 min. walk from Mestre center (great shopping mall).
The air conditioning is not strong enough. On our staying, the weather was not so hot, but this could be a problem when it gets really hot.
